THE ABBA REAL TRIBUTE BAND MAKES POREČ DANCE

Last night, Poreč danced the night away to the unforgettable Abba hit songs thanks to a great concert by the Abba Real Tribute Band, which was performed at the Poreč Open Air Festival. After last week’s opening of this year’s World Stage by the Queen Real Tribute Band, this weekend guests enjoyed the most famous hit songs by the legendary band Abba. And while the whole world is preparing for the virtual Abba hologram tour announced earlier this year, Poreč enjoyed a brilliant spectacle by one of the best European tribute bands. ‘Dancing Queen’, ‘Money, Money’, ‘The Winner Takes It All’, ‘Take A Chance on Me’ and the unavoidable ‘Mamma Mia’ brought a touch of Sweden to Istria. Many people on the Lungomare promenade enjoyed the special lighting that decorated the city walls last night, and those who walked to Peškera and Borik had the best view. Apart from the music, the Poreč Open Air Festival will be continued with numerous other programs. Tonight, at the movies under the stars on the meadow along Lungomare, visitors will be able to enjoy the science-fantasy action adventure Deadpool, which was created based on Marvel’s most unusual anti-hero Wade Wilson. All movie lovers will be able to watch hit movies this week as soon as it gets dark, including Collateral Beauty, Creed, Storks, Finding Dory, The man from U.N.C.L.E., and Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children.
